We are looking for an experienced SLICKLINE OPERATIONS MANAGER to be based in Ahmadi, Kuwait

OVERVIEW
The Slickline Operations Manager is responsible for directing the delivery of services to the companys customers with an attitude and application of exceeding expectations in every job. The position also ensures that the Slickline department is supported via the exceptional maintenance and readiness of all tools and equipment utilized to serve the companys clients. The position directs the Slickline Operations, HSE, Technical & Maintenance support in adherence to fulfilling service delivery in a safe, timely and efficient manner, via compliance to the companys mission, vision, and standards in serving clients. The position shall continuously ensure cross-departmental communication within EUP to allow the dissipation and action on developments within the organization. The Slickline operations manager key responsibility is the effective and efficient utilization of the companys resources in all overseas service deliveries, directing of set-up, relocation and utilization thereof.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Duties
o Abides by company by-laws including policies and procedures.
o Directing the Slickline Operations departments in the effective and efficient utilization of resources and all overseas opportunities.
Operational Duties
o Directs all coordination between the Slickline Operations this includes assurance in the adequate service delivery by the Technical & Maintenance Department to the Operations Department.
o Directs the planning and resource allocation with respect to the readiness of the company in serving clients via requests to upgrade tools, purchase of tools and upgrading of labs.
o Directs resource allocation with respect to management, tools, equipment and personnel to overseas projects.
o Directs the application and adherence to all HSE policies whether organizational or regulatory.
o Addresses non-compliance issues to HSE standards and directs the implementation of ramification measures.
o Meets with the General Manager to address strategic developments and receives feedback with respect to adherence to organizational goals and objectives.
o Meets with existing and potential clients for high-level service delivery meeting and assurance on exceeding client expectations this includes identification of service delivery weaknesses and communication to respective managers thereof.
o Prepares periodic reports for review by the General Manager and the Chairman & Managing Director with respect to plans and progress.
o Ensures that overseas clients receive the optimum resources in light available staffing and other resource availability.
o Directs the preparation of departmental budgets and ensures periodic reviews are addressed to tackle variances.
Supervisory duties
o Supervisory responsibilities include the management and directing of the Operations, Finance and Technical & Maintenance Departments.
OBJECTIVES:
Financial
Improve current Revenue, cost.
Implement Targets monitor, reporting for daily progress v/s Budgets.

Improve/implement maintenance
Preventive maintenance
Slickline Services
Increase the operation efficiency.
Qualify more 10 new Supervisors; recruit the right team and personnel in order to execute this work as soon as the Equipment is delivered.
15 units per day
Efficiency in crane utilization by Using company cranes
Normal jobs; 3 persons per crew, and 4 persons for the Deep wells. People allocation and fire the extra headcounts
Field inspection and visits
Organize the Cell system.
HSE
1 risk report per person per week.
Safety Meeting once a week
Safety trainings
Zero Accidents
Zero lost time accidents
Introduce a STRONG CONSCIOUSNESS of HSE requirements within the Company, and to ensure that each member of the Company keeps HSE in mind at all times during his work

Introduce new technology
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Over 7 years experience is required
4 years Managerial experience
Experience in Operations and HSE
Petroleum or Chemical industry experience
Degree is preferred but not essential
Experience in delivering effective and efficient services to customers and clients
Strong Communication Skills

Base Salary up to $10K USD per month ($120K USD per annum)+Benefits
As a guide up to $170K USD package per annum
